Woking (GU21) Support Part time Part time Housing & Support Officer
Have you got the passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills?
Housing management activities form part of this role, along with supporting clients daily, to empower them to resolve their problems to reach positive outcomes.
If you have relevant experience of working with vulnerable people or have transferable skills, we would like to hear from you. If you’d like to work for us but have no previous experience? That’s fine, as training will be provided.
Salary – £26,000 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus benefits
Location – Woking
Part time – 19 hrs per week
It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
About you
You will be reflecting Transform’s values in everything you do, acting as a keyworker to named clients, supporting them to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible, while ensuring they are safe and able to manage risks appropriately.

- Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
- The ability to manage your own time, delivering outcomes, meeting deadlines
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet)
