Key Responsibilities:
- Using a variety of media, including social media channels, to promote opportunities while upholding our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Your goal will be to attract high-quality candidates and help position the Council as an employer of choice.
- This is more than an administrative role. You will offer expert advice and coaching to hiring managers, helping shape job adverts that reflect a strong and positive employer brand. Your input will directly support managers in building effective and engaged teams.
- With our recent investment in a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you\’ll play a key role in maximising its capabilities—enhancing both the candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- You\’ll also contribute to wider recruitment initiatives, such as supporting and attending recruitment fairs, where your enthusiasm for talent attraction will help showcase the many exciting opportunities we offer.
Summary:
This is a Temp , full time role, working a 37 hour week over 5 days, On-site presence – 1 to 2 days a week
