Nestled in the vibrant community of Lawley, Telford Hall is a 66-bed care home offering specialist nursing, palliative, and dementia care in a state-of-the-art setting. Our facilities include tranquil lounges, garden rooms, a cinema, and a tea room, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

As a Registered Nurse on Nights, you will:

Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs.

Ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and reassured throughout the night.

Administer medications and conduct health monitoring with diligence and care.

Work closely with the night care team to maintain seamless continuity of care.

Offer emotional support to residents, fostering a calm and peaceful environment.

Mentor and support junior staff, helping them develop their skills.

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking nurses who are:

Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN).

Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering person-centered care.

Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential).

Excellent communicators with a team-oriented approach.
