About The Role
Delivery Drivers are a vital part of GSF Car Parts, representing our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They provide valuable feedback and ensure timely delivery of goods.
As a casual Delivery Driver supporting the branch during holidays or absences, you will help maintain high service standards and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
- Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
- Maintaining high customer service standards
- Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
- Loading vehicles according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns
- Performing vehicle maintenance checks
- Assisting in warehouse tasks as needed
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday shifts, depending on branch coverage.
About You
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
- Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
