We provide operating and planning systems, as well as services related to flight preparation, including flight and route planning, trip support services, ground arrangements, permits, and fuel for an international fleet of over 360 aircraft.
As our horizons expand, Vista Flight Support seeks highly motivated Flight Support Agents to join our global team. Reporting to the Head of Vista Flight Support, you will collaborate with Vista’s operating partners across FAA and EASA regulatory environments, including VistaJet Limited, XOJET Aviation, Jet Edge, VistaJet GmbH, and others.
You will have the opportunity to maintain work-life balance with options for remote, hybrid, or office work across multiple global locations after training. Starting as a Flight Support Agent, you can advance within the Vista group into roles such as in-flight planning, systems specialization, or management.
Your Responsibilities
The main role of the Flight Support Agent is to manage all operational logistics and ground services for flights. Your duties include:
- Maintaining and updating Vista’s proprietary Operations system, Global View, ensuring smooth communication with partner AOCs, Tactical teams, Sales, and Client Services;
- Arranging ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel as required;
- Liaising with external providers such as handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities, and customs;
- Requesting overflight and landing permits;
- Submitting flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies;
- Providing real-time flight status updates during planning stages;
- Coordinating with Tactical Controllers on flight preparation status and addressing discrepancies;
- Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and with client satisfaction.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Deep knowledge of Business Aviation, especially Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning;
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality under pressure;
- Excellent English communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
