My client based in Northampton & Birmingham are looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join their busy and vibrant team. The role will be two to three days in office at Northampton or Birmingham city centre

This is a 360 degrees generalist role working within a fabulous office and a wonderful team. The role will:

  • Support end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning within Business Services.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner on performance, succession, and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and firm policy.
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion programmes to enhance culture and retention.
  • Use HR data and technology to provide insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver and maintain HR policies, processes, and programmes in line with firm and legal standards.
  • Advise on reward, terms and conditions, job evaluation, and pay reviews.
  • Lead or support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE.
  • Coach and guide managers on HR best practice and effective team leadership.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement across the firm.
  • Oversee the flexible workforce team in partnership with HR Ops and Talent Acquisition.
  • Support health, wellbeing, and leaver processes, analysing exit data to identify trends.
  • Represent and promote the firm’s values and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Undertake other duties as required by the People Director, Head of HR, or HR Business Partner.

Applicants must have generalist HR Advisory experience and be happy to be based on or two days in Birmingham and one day in Northampton.
