The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Responsibilities

  • Remove and install complete bathroom suites, including baths, WCs, wash hand basins, showers, and associated fixtures and fittings.
  • Remove and install complete kitchens, including all units, worktops, plumbing, sinks and associated fixtures and fittings.
  • Complete bonding, tiling, carpentry and decoration to a high standard.
  • Work independently and unsupervised, adhering to industry best practices and health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the work being carried out.
  • Use materials and tools effectively, minimizing waste and maintaining appropriate stock levels in the company van.

Qualifications

  • Experience in plumbing, first and second fix.
  • Experience in tiling and decorating.
  • Experience in kitchen & bathroom fitting.
  • Able to deliver and install new kitchen or bathroom.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team player.
  • Plastering experience would be a benefit but is not essential.
  • Basic tech skills for handheld device and light admin duties.
  • Full, clean, current driving licence held for at least 1 year.
