We’re looking for a UI Designer to join a mission-driven, fast-growing brand based in London. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week) reporting to the Design Director.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving the brand’s website and digital experience, maintaining a seamless blend of brand expression, functionality, and user-centred design.
Design Stack:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- UI animation tools (nice to have)
What You’ll Do:
- Design and evolve pages, forms and flows for both public-facing and member-only areas of the website
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable design systems and UI components
- Collaborate across teams to implement and test your designs
- Contribute to broader digital brand expressions (emails, social media, special projects)
- Champion brand consistency and elevate user experience across all touchpoints
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in UI or digital design
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe CS, with a strong eye for detail and layout
- Experience working alongside developers and understanding implementation constraints
- Strong understanding of UX principles and digital accessibility
- Deep appreciation for luxury, design-led brands and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and organisational skills – able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
