What We Are Looking For…
Responsibilities:
- COMMUNICATION
- Set up team briefs and communicate/store actions and targets
- Check business communication channels and drive actions to achieve priorities
- Delegate accountabilities within the store team
- Communicate and champion current business initiatives
- Lead store visits clearly and concisely during management absence
- Work with management to improve customer-focused culture
- Drive conversion, footfall, and service KPIs
- Adjust approaches to meet customer needs and improve service
- Create a safe working environment, complying with health and safety legislation
- Support health and safety training completion
- Complete price events and promotional activities
- Drive delivery process and productivity
- Ensure replenishment and stock checks are completed
- Action stockroom walkthroughs and product opportunities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Conduct store walkthroughs for visual attention
- Analyze data to identify opportunities
- Recruit and induct new team members
- Develop and coach staff, providing feedback
- Handle difficult conversations appropriately
- Support a culture of recognition and inclusivity
- Monitor store performance and controllable costs
- Check staffing levels and deployments
