This is an in-house commercial lawyer opportunity, working for a well known law firm on a single dedicated client. Although employed by the law firm, you will be part of a large team of lawyers who will effectively act as in-house commercial counsel for the client. This is a permanent role, fully remote role which can be based anywhere in the UK. Candidates should be 1-5 PQE.
The nature of the work is broad and covers commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing agreements and 3P supplier arrangements. The role will focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in addition to providing advice on contract related queries. You will work closely with other members of this dedicated team as well as the in-house legal function.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-5 years PQE
- Experience working on a broad range of commercial contracts
- Excellent communication skills
This is a fully remote role and salaries range from £55,000 – £70,000 + bonus.
The role can also be part time if preferred.
