As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you will: * Managing day-to-day administration of customer accounts with precision and care. * Validating and maintaining essential documentation and electronic records. * Processing customer quotes, orders, and contracts efficiently to meet deadlines. * Supporting cross-selling and upselling of our products and services. * Liaising with sales, technical, and logistics teams to address customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations. * Monitoring order progress, resolving order-related issues, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. * Continuously improving product knowledge to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
