Position: Agile Digital Project Manager at Ronald James Group
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Agile Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. The role involves working collaboratively with strategists, UX/UI designers, and web development teams to deliver digital projects, while owning Agile processes, systems, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital project lifecycle with cross-functional teams
- Define project scope and prepare cost estimates
- Develop and oversee project plans, resources, and budgets
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal teams
- Ensure clear communication and support for all project members
- Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively
- Manage client delivery, reporting, and SLAs
- Support business development by nurturing client relationships
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years\’ experience in project management
- 1+ years’ experience in an Agile environment (Scrum or Scrumban preferred)
- Practical experience deploying and managing Agile processes
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and creating user stories
Desirable Skills:
