The Intakes Operative role is responsible for ensuring the Intakes QC’s maintain a consistent flow of both Primal and VL raw material available for Quality inspection. This role allows the department to maximise on efficiency and volume inspected.
The Intakes Operative will review the delivery plan and ensure samples are collected of all required products from each external delivery and are taken to the Intakes inspection room. You will also be responsible to return the samples to the relevant pallets after inspection.
The Intakes Operative shall identify internal products that require testing after they are produced form Boning Hall, and collect these before they are scanned into stock., * Collect samples from external incoming loads and deliver to Intakes inspection room

Where necessary, input inspection information into the electronic system.
