We’re expanding internationally and on the lookout for a confident, driven, and goal-oriented Advertising Sales Executive to be part of our success story.

In this role, you’ll be selling advertising space in our industry-leading publications. You’ll connect with pre-qualified senior decision-makers, build strong relationships, and present targeted advertising opportunities over the phone. To succeed, you’ll need to think on your feet, communicate with confidence, and have a natural talent for closing deals.
You should have a proven track record of success, and experience working in B2B sales. You will need to be proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-volume outreach, and competently using and navigating a sales CRM system.

Essential Criteria
- At least 2 years of direct B2B, advertising or media sales experience
- Proven record of being a top performer and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and emails
- Competent in using CRM systems to manage multiple projects, opportunities, and pipelines
- Experience working under pressure and responsible for wider team performance and targets
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong closing skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively during client pitches
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using Microsoft Teams for virtual pitches or meetings
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders or decision-makers
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and handling rejections professionally
- Previous experience working with international clients
