Account Manager – Publications

Due to continuing growth we have a exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with Ashfield Medcomms.
As an Account Manager you will work on a range of communications projects across busy and exciting accounts. This is a role in a dynamic, established team with lots of opportunity for growth and progression. Your role will have a publications focus with the opportunity to grow and develop with the support of a large, experienced team. Using your project management skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients. You will support on publications planning and strategy and be a true partner with clients. You will research information from a variety of sources to provide expertise in therapy areas and products and, as a primary client liaison point, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards.
To succeed you will have:
• Previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment.
• Excellent project management skills and be comfortable working on client facing projects in dynamic accounts while meeting client and group objectives.
• Experience in publications is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong financial understanding with experience of budgeting.
• A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
