We are looking for someone who is experienced in restaurant management and will lead the team to support the growth of our 2 rosette restaurant at Scarlet . Previous experience in a rosetted restaurant would be advantageous but is not essential.
Our restaurant and bar offer a tranquil, adults only experience where our guests can sample the finer things in life, whilst being mindful of the environment.
Our team bring our restaurants to life. They are warm, friendly, always caring in nature and professional. Aiming to achieve the highest levels of standards and service, they are the face of our guests’ experiences, making sure that from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave that they are having a wonderful time.
No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however as Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:
- The delivery of exceptional hospitality and consistent service standards via a knowledgeable restaurant and bar host team.
- Contribute to the positive financial performance of the food and beverage function, helping to drive sales and manage costs.
- Recruit, inspire, train and mentor the team to ensure they are engaged and deliver consistently.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, cellar management, hygiene, health and safety.
- The smooth running of service daily via effective communication between the kitchen, restaurant, bar, meetings and events teams.
- Work alongside your team, supporting them and creating an enjoyable working environment.
- Demonstrate your passion for hospitality, creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues.
- Report effectively to the Food & Beverage manager for everyday operations, financial and administrative records
