We are currently recruiting for to join our friendly team at our Linford Block Plant, which is located close to Stanford-le-Hope in Essex. The site is easily accessible from Tilbury, Gravesend, Rochester, Gillingham, Dartford, Purfleet on Thames, Grays, Wickford, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Billericay and the surrounding areas. Our Linford Plant manufactures sustainable, tough and energy efficient aerated blocks that we see all around us, whether this be in our homes or our work environments, you are never too far away from one of our products. Working as part of the site production team focusing on delivering and leading exceptional, SHEstandards and meeting financial and operational targets, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for thesafe operation of the plant ensuring daily tasks are completed including general sitehousekeeping and basic maintenance and the safe and efficient operation of mobile andfixed plant.?The Shift Supervisor acts as a leader within the shift, coordinating required labour, training and development of the shift team.
