Know How Resourcing is seeking a hands-on CNC Machine Shop Team Leader. This role involves setting and operating machines (50% of time) while leading the team in safety, productivity, and security (50% of time). You will ensure timely execution of the production schedule within quality parameters and effective use of operator time. Responsibilities: * Health & Safety- Report hazards, conduct investigations, maintain risk assessments, participate in safety initiatives. * Team Management- Plan staffing, conduct meetings and appraisals, manage training, address non-compliance. * Efficiency & Delivery- Allocate resources, track performance, manage standard work processes. * Quality-Manage non-conforming product, ensure control checks, implement corrective actions, conduct audits. * Maintenance- Report maintenance issues. Requirements: * In-depth CNC programming and machine setup knowledge. * Understanding of metrology and measuring equipment. * Machine shop leadership experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication and time management skills. Desirable: * CNC programming software experience. * Understanding of machine maintenance and repair. * Experience implementing 5S. * Knowledge of Lean principles.
