We are seeking a Client Manager to support our SIPP team. The SIPP business area provides administration and trusteeship services to over 70,000 self‑invested personal pension arrangements for members, both advised and non‑advised, and has an ambitious plan to grow our customer base. This role can be based in our Glasgow or Cheltenham office, working on a hybrid basis. Snapshot of your day Oversee and manage a portfolio of SIPP customers and their associated financial advisors, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and satisfaction for both parties. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and advisors, acting as the nominated point of contact for complex queries and issues. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, particularly the Consumer Duty legislation, including the proper handling of vulnerable customers. Monitor and evaluate customer accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and value addition, communicating these to customers and advisors when appropriate. Manage the administration of SIPP accounts, including transfers, investments, and withdrawals, liaising customers and with advisors on customer‑specific requirements. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing training and support in customer and advisor relationship management. We would love to hear from you if you have GCSE Maths and English at grade C/5 or equivalent is preferred Experience in pensions is essential Knowledge of the SIPP/SSAS marketplace, including property investments in a SSAS/SIPP wrapper is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
