Recruitment Account Coordinator – (Contractor Care Specialist)

Belfast City Centre | Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm | Onsite Role

We're looking for an Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our Belfast team, someone who will be the go-to person for our contractors, making sure they feel supported, valued, and looked after throughout their time with us.

Your Main Focus: Contractor Care

You'll be responsible for delivering a first-class experience to our contractors, handling everything from onboarding to offboarding, and making sure they feel heard, supported, and satisfied throughout their contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact for all active contractors, answer questions, solve problems, and offer ongoing support.
  • Manage onboarding: collect documents, ensure compliance, and get everything in place before a contractor starts.
  • Check in regularly to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  • Handle timesheets, payroll queries, and contract extensions alongside our recruitment team.
  • Ensure all contractor documentation is accurate and up to date in our systems.
  • Take care of offboarding processes, ensuring everything is wrapped up correctly and compliantly.
  • Spot ways to improve contractor satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with the team to explore new business and contractor opportunities.

Additional Support Areas:

  • Assist with admin tasks, report generation, and CRM updates.
  • Help the marketing team with content ideas, success stories, and contractor-focused campaigns.
  • Coordinate contractor events and support marketing initiatives like testimonials and social media content.
