TITLE: LEGAL ASSISTANT/PARALEGAL
JOB DUTIES;
- To support Solicitors across varied areas to include Criminal, Personal Injury, Conveyancing, Probate and Family Law.
- Drafting documentation, case management and routine file maintenance.
- Assist with caseload management.
- Liaise with clients, external agencies and medical contacts.
- Prepare and maintain bundles for Court hearings.
- Provide general administrative assistance being scheduling, diary management, telephone/email correspondence.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent level of English
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Have good time keeping skills

MONDAY FRIDAY 9.15 A.M. TO 5.30 P.M. WITH A BREAK OF 60 MINUTES FOR LUNCH
