Project Manager – Belfast (Hybrid, 2 Days Onsite)

We\’re working with a leading Northern Ireland financial services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. They\’re modernising core systems, improving operational resilience, and enhancing customer experience through new self-service capabilities and smarter internal processes.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you\’ll lead business and technology change projects from discovery through to delivery, ensuring consistent project management standards and successful transition to business-as-usual. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact across enterprise systems and operations while working in a supportive, people-focused environment.
What you\’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across digital and business transformation initiatives
- Work with business, IT, and third-party teams to define requirements, scope, and milestones
- Prepare and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documentation
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery
- Support testing, documentation, and training to embed change effectively
- Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations across departments
- Promote best practice in project management, helping strengthen internal processes
What you\’ll bring
- Proven experience managing business and/or technology change projects
- Strong understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
- Experience working on digital, systems, or process improvement projects
- Skilled in using MS Project or similar tools to track progress and report outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
