As aJunior Graphic Designer , you will collaborate with our Senior Designer to produce high-quality visual content across a variety of marketing materials. These include digital campaigns, branding projects, promotional literature, exhibition assets, and product packaging. You'll work closely with the Senior Designer, as well as the marketing and content teams, to bring creative concepts to lifeensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent, engaging message across all platforms.

This exciting new opportunity to represent all brands as part of an award winning marketing team that is part ofSaint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES) which is the new business unit for Kilwaughter and Weber. This is a full-time permanent role based in Larne.

What were looking for:

  • A degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, with a focus on attention to detail, layout consistency, and brand alignment
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and planning skills
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong, positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders alike

Bonus points – if you have experience with video editing or motion graphics, an understanding of print production processes, familiarity with tools like Canva or basic web design platforms, and an interest in digital marketing trends.

Key Accountabilities:

  • You'll assist in designing a variety of digital and print materialssuch as social media graphics, brochures, email campaigns, infographics, presentations, and data sheetswhile ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production, manage version control, and liaise with external agencies to clearly communicate deadlines and production requirements.
  • Interpret briefs to deliver standout creative solutions that elevate our brands and resonate with key audiences, capturing attention while adhering to brand guidelinesall within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate closely with BD, sales, HR, and technical teams to build positive working relationships while creating engaging content and collateral that meets the brief.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all channels and marketing materials; lead or support multi-brand projects in collaboration with brand managers to ensure effective outcomes.
