About the Role

This role is designed for someone who’s keen to get involved in many areas of a growing business. You will support day-to-day operations, admin, project coordination, and general team support. No two days are the same. One moment, you might be researching companies or preparing documents, and the next, you might be helping track tasks or setting up a webinar.

You’ll work closely with the founder two days a week in person in our Camden office and three days remotely (flexible). Note that in-person attendance will be increased for the first few weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Admin & Coordination

  • Keep our digital workspace sharp and organised from shared folders to key docs and tools
  • Support the rhythm of the team: schedule meetings, capture key insights, and make sure next steps actually happen
  • Track projects and team progress like a pro with Trello (do not worry, we will train you!)

Writing & Research

  • Craft clear, compelling drafts for emails, documents, and reports
  • Conduct light research on topics like sustainability, certifications, or organisations
  • Help with proofreading on Google Workspace and basic formatting using Canva (training provided)

Team Support & Operations

  • Support the leadership team in managing day-to-day priorities
  • Keep an eye on small operational tasks that make a big difference (like arranging travel or setting up a client session)
  • Help with organising webinars
  • Support project management across different streams, making sure timelines and deadlines stay visible.

Who You Are

  • Super organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Friendly, approachable, and kind
  • A strong communicator with excellent written English ( bonus points if you also speak French, Spanish, or Portuguese)
  • Interested in sustainability, responsible business, and creating positive impact
  • A fast learner who enjoys juggling a variety of tasks
  • Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, and confident jumping into new ones like Trello, Canva, Calendly, and Zoom Webinars (we will support you!)
  • Interest in sustainability, responsible business and impact.
  • Able to work from our Camden office two days per week, with an increase in office presence expected during the first month for onboarding and training. We’re flexible on this ratio over time.
  • What We Offer
  • Meaningful work with purpose, impacting teams around the world
  • A bright, plant-filled office above Camden Market with great coffee, gym access, and good vibes included
  • Real responsibility and variety in your role
  • Opportunities to grow into new areas as we scale
  • A chance to work on meaningful projects with international reach
