The client designs, manufactures & markets their own products which are primarily found in the residential market, though they do also support certain commercial markets. About the Role: Site Technical Support Representative
Joining their exciting team covering the South of the UK (both southeast & southwest), you'll take on the role of a Site Technical Support Representative. You'll be responsible for conducting on-site audits to ensure external cladding has been installed to standard whilst also providing toolbox training sessions on-site for installers as required.
Responsibilities:
· Conducting on-site audits for external residential cladding installations, ensuring they're to quality & standard.
· Providing on-site installers with toolbox training sessions to ensure installations are done to the highest standard.
· Liaising with customers & on-site contractors as required.
· Travelling across the southeast & southwest on a pre-planned basis to attend sites.
· Happy with infrequent overnight stays, when required.
Requirements:
· Must have practical experience within the construction sector for external builds.
· Strong & proven ability to read construction drawings, ideally for external building installations.
· Experience in a hands-on construction role, ideally as a: carpenter, joiner, facades/cladding installer, construction site engineer or similar.
· Residential construction experience.
· Our client will consider candidates who've already moved into a hands-off construction role, eg: Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Architectural Designer.
· Construction qualifications eg: ESCS card are desirable.
· Need to have a full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
· UK Driver's license.
