Must have receptionist experience Busy, small animal veterinary surgery in Crouch End, North London require a receptionist to join our team of 6 vets, 5 RVNs, 3 VCA and our administration team. Our receptionists work in teams of 2 with an overlap each day for handovers. A qualified veterinary receptionist would be preferred. You would be responsible for greeting clients, giving client information, booking appointments, taking card and cash payments and general reception & admin duties. We use TELEOS PMS and YEALINK telephone system. Hours are as follows: Monday 7.30am – 1.30pm Tuesday 1.30pm – 7.30pm Wednesday 7.30am – 1.30pm Thursday 1.30pm – 7.30pm Friday – alternates from early/late start. Saturday up to 11 per year – 8.30am – 2.30pm Holiday is 4 weeks per year. Can earn loyalty days after 2 years continuous service. CPD is encouraged and paid for by surgery- pet nutrition, reception courses, health & safety etc
