Job Title: Senior User Researcher

Location: Cardiff, Wales

Employment Type: Contract – 6 months (possible extension)

Working Model: Mostly Remote (occasional onsite across Wales)

Join a healthcare digital transformation team to lead user research for service delivery projects. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to design research strategies, deliver insights, and support service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
