Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs? Academics Agency is seeking a dedicated and resilient TA to join a specialist secondary school that supports pupils with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, SEMH, anxiety, ODD, and other learning challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting Students – Work closely with young people who need additional guidance to build confidence and achieve their potential.

Implementing EHCPs & Behaviour Strategies – Help tailor learning and support plans to meet individual needs.

Creating a Positive Learning Environment – Encourage independence, inclusivity, and engagement in the classroom.

Collaborating with Staff – Work as part of a dedicated team to deliver effective, student-centred support.

Experience in SEN Support – Ideally within a school or similar setting.

A Passion for Helping Young People – The ability to inspire and engage students with challenging behaviours.

Right to Work in the UK – With references available upon request.

DBS on the Update Service – Or willingness to apply for one.

Competitive Pay: £84-£115 per day (including holiday pay), based on experience.
