Job Description

Performance Strategy Director

Growth Consultancy | London | Hybrid Working | £70,000 – £90,000

In 2021, two founders set out to build a new kind of growth business. Their ambition was to develop and scale digital-first brands using their own capital, advanced data capabilities, and hands-on marketing expertise. They weren’t interested in the traditional agency or VC model. Instead, they built a company that blends investment, creativity, and in-house technology into a single, integrated growth engine.

At the heart of the model is a proprietary tech platform that tracks and optimises the true impact of spend across the entire customer journey. This system allows the business to build and scale brands from the inside out, working directly with founders and marketing teams to drive measurable growth. It has also enabled the team to bridge the gap between performance and brand, using evidence to unlock creativity.

The company has built a culture that values ambition, curiosity, and collaboration. From annual team trips and learning budgets to book clubs and idea workshops, people are encouraged to think broadly and challenge the status quo. It’s a place where data scientists and strategists work side-by-side with creatives and founders, united by the belief that great brands are built at the intersection of logic and storytelling.

By 2024, the leadership team had formalised a brand-building philosophy rooted in data, creativity, and community. That same year, they launched new tools and frameworks to help early-stage and scaling brands move from product-market fit to breakout growth. This year, the business partnered with a leading AI platform to enhance its analytics workflow, reducing reporting time and unlocking new possibilities for strategy teams to focus on insight, narrative, and long-term brand value.

Now entering its next phase of growth, the company is looking for a Performance Strategy Director who can help shape the next generation of category-defining brands. You will play a pivotal role in leading brand and growth strategy across a diverse portfolio of digital-first businesses. You’ll work closely with founders, performance marketers, and creative leads to connect insight with action, guiding everything from market entry to media mix to long-term positioning.

If you’re a commercially-minded strategist with a bias for clarity, a passion for consumer behaviour, and a desire to be part of something that’s building from the ground up, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a modern brand-growth company from within.
