Description
As Senior Designer, you\’ll be responsible for:
- leading the creative development of visual identities across brand systems, campaigns, digital platforms, motion, and 3D
- leading a small team of designers
- working closely with strategists, writers, and developers to bring brand thinking to life
- leveraging AI tools, motion design, and 3D software to enhance output and workflow
- driving concepts and storytelling
- execution of design from typography to animation
- Presenting to stakeholders and clients
Experience
- conceptually strong designer
- passionate about branding and obsessed with the detail
- excited by innovation but grounded in good design principles
- proven experience crafting and evolving high-impact brand identities
- experience in art direction
- confirdent in 3D and motion design
- ideally experience in AI tools
Remuneration
- £50-55k depending on experience
- hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 remote)
