Description
The agency is seeking a Senior Designer with genuine creative flair and strong conceptual ability. You’ll work across a broad range of brand, digital and campaign projects, taking ideas from concept through to polished execution.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can bring fresh thinking, craft and consistency to every brief, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll work closely with the wider creative and strategy teams, report into the Creative Director, and play a key part in raising the standard of creative output across the agency. There’s also the opportunity to support and mentor junior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality design work across brand, campaign, digital, social and print.
- Translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, strategists and developers on integrated projects.
- Take ownership of projects, managing multiple deadlines with ease.
- Apply strong typographic, layout and brand system skills across various formats.
- Contribute to concept development, brainstorms and creative sessions.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers.
- Prepare and present work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence.
Experience
To be considered for the Senior Designer role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years’ experience within a creative, digital or integrated agency environment.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design craft across branding, campaigns, digital, social and print.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with XD or Figma.
- Ability to take projects from initial brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, with confident typographic and layout skills.
- Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to take on feedback constructively and refine work accordingly.
- Motion or video skills (e.g., After Effects) are a bonus but not essential.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A genuine passion for great design and a desire to elevate the creative output of the team.
