They are at the top of their game, and now looking to recruit a talented new Senior Designer to join their growing and ambitious team.

Description

As Senior Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • leading the creative development of visual identities across brand systems, campaigns, digital platforms, motion, and 3D
  • leading a small team of designers
  • working closely with strategists, writers, and developers to bring brand thinking to life
  • leveraging AI tools, motion design, and 3D software to enhance output and workflow
  • driving concepts and storytelling
  • execution of design from typography to animation
  • Presenting to stakeholders and clients

Experience

  • conceptually strong designer
  • passionate about branding and obsessed with the detail
  • excited by innovation but grounded in good design principles
  • proven experience crafting and evolving high-impact brand identities
  • experience in art direction
  • confirdent in 3D and motion design
  • ideally experience in AI tools

Remuneration

  • £50-55k depending on experience
  • hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 remote)
  • on site parking
