The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Advisor , you\’ll take ownership of our contract recruitment efforts across engineering and renewable energy projects in Europe , including wind, solar, hydrogen, and grid infrastructure. You will:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, placing skilled contractors into high-demand roles
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates across Europe
  • Deliver rapid, high-quality staffing solutions for time-critical engineering projects
  • Leverage your market knowledge to expand our contractor talent pool
  • Provide insights on project demands, talent availability, and rates in the renewable energy sector
  • Mentor junior consultants and support growth of the contract desk

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5+ years of recruitment experience , ideally in engineering or energy contract staffing
  • Deep understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle and key contractor roles
  • A strong network of European engineering contractors and/or hiring managers
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a proven ability to hit and exceed targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative, professional approach
