\\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Family Lawyer to join a growing and forward-thinking law firm that blends cutting-edge technology with traditional high-street service. The firm has developed innovative systems that enhance both client experience and team efficiency, while maintaining a strong presence in the local community. The role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely once probation has been passed or from one of the firm’s offices in and around the Bristol area. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including divorce, financial matters, children’s issues (private and public), and cohabitation disputes.

\\nThere is also the opportunity to take a leadership role in developing the Family Law department in the Bristol area, working closely with the Head of Department on business development, mentoring junior team members, and shaping the future growth of the team.

  • Qualified Family Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

  • Comfortable handling client matters in person, by phone, and via email

  • Based in or near Bristol (preferred for local business development)
  • \\n\\t

  • Strong interest in mentoring and developing junior staff

  • Excellent IT skills; comfortable working with legal tech

  • Motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
