Job Description

We have a brilliant new opportunity for a top-tier Executive Assistant to support four dynamic C-suite leaders at a fast-moving, publicly listed company with a distinctly entrepreneurial mindset. With a broad international footprint and a hands-on approach to growth, the business blends the energy of a start-up with the structure and expectations of a PLC environment, making this a truly exciting place to be.
\\n
\\nIn this role, you’ll be the engine behind the executive's efficiency, the one who keeps everything running smoothly and quietly in the background while they focus on leading the businesses. The perfect candidate will need to be switched-on, reliable, and quick to anticipate needs, able to juggle priorities across four busy diaries with exceptional attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who is confident, highly organised, and solutions-focused. An individual who thrives on being two steps ahead, spots opportunities to make things better, and brings calm and clarity to even the busiest of days.
\\n
\\nThe successful candidate will be based in the Central London offices, with the benefit of a flexible hybrid working model and adaptable hours that support a healthy work-life balance. The office culture is informal, collaborative, and fast-paced, friendly but focused, with a team that values initiative, integrity, and clear, open communication.
\\n
\\nWhile the role offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, there will be occasions, particularly when the executives are travelling or working across time zones, where out-of-hours support may be required. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, including potential for equity and shares in the new ventures, a pension scheme, and a discretionary performance-based bonus. The role can be structured as either employed or self-employed, depending on preference.
\\n
\\nDUTIES TO INCLUDE:
\\n• High-level administrative support to four C-suite executives
\\n• Expert calendar management, including proactive prioritisation and conflict resolution
\\n• End-to-end management of complex, multi-leg international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, transport)
\\n• Inbox and communications management, including drafting and formatting high-quality correspondence
\\n• Coordination of meetings, agendas, briefing packs, minutes, and follow-ups
\\n• Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison internally and externally with senior stakeholders
\\n• Expense management and invoice processing
\\n• Anticipating the needs of executives and implementing proactive solutions
\\n• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
\\n• Supporting strategic projects, presentations, and initiatives as required
\\n• Helping to uphold a positive, productive, and collaborative team culture
\\n
\\nESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
\\n• At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
\\n• Prior experience in a PLC or listed company, or start-up
\\n• Proven track record of managing multiple leaders simultaneously
\\n• Superb organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
\\n• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
\\n• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
\\n• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
\\n• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, global travel arrangements
\\n• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
\\n• Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid and flexible environment
\\n• Full right to work in the UK
\\n• Strong, verifiable references
