Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting C-suite and board-level executives in a fast-paced environment?

We’re seeking a polished and professional EA to join a prestigious investment bank in the heart of the City of London.

Location: City of London
\\nWorking Pattern: 4–5 days per week in the office
\\nGlobal Exposure: Regular coordination across multiple time zones

About the Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to senior leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and acting as a trusted gatekeeper. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate high-level meetings, and liaise with stakeholders across global offices.

EA Responsibilities:

Provide high-level EA support to C-suite executives and board members Manage complex, ever-changing diaries and travel itineraries Prepare board packs, reports, and confidential documentation Coordinate meetings across global time zones with precision Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners Support with event planning, investor meetings, and offsites What We’re Looking For:
