About the Office/Workplace Manager Role:

This is a varied and busy Office/Workplace Manager role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Organising all repairs and routine maintenance
  • Managing service contracts
  • Office management – being the 'go-to' person for the whole office
  • Health & Safety
  • Overseeing maintenance of office assets and building management systems
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day operational matters
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal policies
  • Ad-hoc administrative support

Candidate Specification for the Office/Workplace Manager role:

  • Extensive prior experience of managing or coordinating facilities within a corporate setting
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certified would be beneficial but not essential
  • Muck-in and hands-on – happy to get stuck in with the day to day aspects of facilities
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Highly service-oriented and professional

  • This is a permanent role
  • Up to £80K
  • Hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm/6pm
  • Located in the West End
