At The Atlas Collective, were expanding our customer engagement team and looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join us as Customer Service & Sales Representatives. About The Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you\’ll be the friendly face representing our clients brands, engaging directly with customers through in-person promotions and lead generation. Your goal? Create memorable interactions, drive brand loyalty, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador
- Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity
- Deliver exceptional service and leave a lasting positive impression
Customer Interaction
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs
- Provide tailored information and guidance based on customer interests
Training & Development
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
- Learn effective sales techniques and lead-generation strategies
Sales & Lead Generation
- Take part in promotional presentations where people work, live and shop
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue targets
Relationship Building
- Foster strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
