Being at the leading edge of the law, with integrity being absolute paramount, this is known as the firm at the forefront of motoring law, particularly with regards to alcohol and drug related allegations in England and Wales. Your day to day:Provide comprehensive legal advice to the clientUndertake thorough case analysis in order to construct a robust defenceConduct legal research to stay up to date with relevant legislation which may impact your clients cases.Collating, analysing and publishing data relating to performance, enabling a process of constant self-reflection and improvement.Liaise with professional experts and Barristers Adhere to our ethical standards of legal professionalism, client confidentiality, acting in the best interest of the client, and upholding the professional rules and codes of conduct.Ideal Applicant:Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE; andLaw Degree (2:2 or higher), CiLEX or equivalent.Calm, innovative, commercially aware and professionalEnthusiastic with a can-do attitude, and the ability to be empathetic, approachable and non-judgmental of our clients and their allegations.Ability to be adaptable to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.Minimum 1 years' experience in motoring law and defending motoring offencesMinimum 1 years' experience using Proclaim (or a similar case management system)Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills*Confident with Outlook, Word and ExcelWhat's in it for you?No court work (Office based), or requirement for police station attendances Sociable hoursSecure long-term future with the firmCompetitive salary, bonus and benefitsOnsite gymFree onsite parking*Option to enjoy hybrid working (subject to passing your probation)For more information, please contact
