Job Description

Early Support Practitioner, HarrowPay rate up to £24 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Early Support Practitioners in Harrow.To take an active role in the Early Support model to ensure high quality direct work takes place with babies, very young children, children, young people and their families (referred to in this document as the ‘client group’) to improve their outcomes through the provision of early support services including; universal and universal plus group and individual work with the client group, This work will include: evidence based parenting programmes, health and education services, parent and child groups and out of school services.Work with Vitalis to Discover Exciting Opportunities in Qualified Social Work, Housing and SEND
