The company is a leading data and controls business operating across the UK and America. Following significant growth and the securing of new projects, they now want to bring in an internal QHSE Manager to help drive the business forward.
In this role, you will review all existing procedures and regulations across multiple sites, develop and implement new structures, management systems, policies and procedures, and ensure the continuous improvement of business operations.
The ideal candidate will come from a Mechanical, Electrical, BMS or similar background with proven experience managing Quality, Health, Safety & Environment functions. You should be confident in delivering and implementing change and have a track record of influencing and motivating teams to achieve company goals.
