The Role

As a Licensed Residential Conveyancer, you will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. This client-facing role offers a great mix of autonomy and support, with the chance to build strong, lasting relationships while maintaining high standards of legal service.

You’ll work with clients at all stages of the conveyancing process, providing clear advice and ensuring transactions run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with all legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from conveyancers at all levels, from those with 2+ years PQE to seasoned professionals. You’ll ideally bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (or equivalent experience)
• A current practicing certificate and relevant legal qualifications (e.g., CLC, Solicitor, or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing a residential property caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of local property markets and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and organised approach, with great attention to detail
