We have a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Digital Systems Trainer to support the delivery of our transformation projects. This is an exciting time to join the Talent and Development team if you want to develop your skills in learning and development as we continue our People first journey as part of Velocity.
The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Change and Transformation teams to develop and deliver high-quality training on Speedy Systems across the business. You will support the roll-out and delivery of transformation projects, with training provided to develop your skills. Knowledge of Speedy Systems, particularly D365, is required.
There will be significant travel to our depots and locations to support project roll-outs, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
We will help you develop skills in utilising our learning management system and eLearning tools, and train you to develop and deliver digital learning modules, as well as practical face-to-face and virtual workshops, supporting Speedy’s strategic goals.
What you’ll need:
- Excellent knowledge of Speedy systems such as D365
- Clear and articulate communication skills – able to engage and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality
- Ability to inspire others and promote continuous learning
