Private Clients High Net Worth Account Handler/Executive – Kensington, London

Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience), plus bonus, pension, and comprehensive benefits.

Are you an experienced insurance professional with a passion for serving high net worth clients? We're partnering with a highly respected independent broker, renowned for arranging bespoke insurance solutions for affluent individuals both in the UK and abroad.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage and grow a valuable book of private clients. You'll be responsible for placing and servicing personal insurances for high net worth individuals and schemes, handling everything from renewals and mid-term adjustments to new business inquiries.

Key aspects of your role will include:

Providing exceptional service to an existing client portfolio, from initial contact to policy issuance and ongoing support.
Offering expert technical advice on a range of personal insurance products.
Driving high levels of business retention through proactive client engagement.

Responsibilities to clients will involve:

Delivering a professional, friendly, and informative service at all times.
Ensuring prompt responses to client requests and queries.
Effectively prioritizing your daily workload to meet tight deadlines.
Managing incoming communications (emails, correspondence, calls) efficiently.
Maintaining a meticulous daily diary system.
Collaborating constructively within the Private Clients team.
Working independently and taking initiative in your daily tasks.
Proactively minimizing errors and omissions.

We're looking for someone with:

Demonstrable experience in personal lines insurance, gained from either a broker or an insurance company.
Specific expertise in High Net Worth insurance, particularly Household and Motor, would be highly advantageous.
A strong level of technical expertise and a desire to continuously enhance your skills in a dynamic environment.
CII qualifications, or active progression towards them, are particularly welcome.
Previous experience with Acturis is a plus.
