We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join a leading sheet metal business and drive revenue and build long-term relationships with OEM clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts to grow their presence in the OEM market. Key Responsibilities: OEM Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand relationships with OEMs. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and prospect new OEM clients through outreach, networking, and industry events. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support seamless client implementation. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance.
