This Client Services Executive role in Bromsgrove provides an opportunity to join a well established IFA firm and focus on client liaison and relationship management support.
Responsibilities
- Client liaison acting as the first point of contact for client queries
- Relationship management: work closely with Financial Advisors to identify upcoming and outstanding tasks and complete them, keeping the client and IFA informed
- Liaising with providers to chase outstanding client requests
- Administration support: provide technical and administrative support, such as preparing client documents, liaising with Paraplanners and submitting new business cases
- Maintaining accurate client data and keeping systems up to date at all times
Our client strongly supports internal development and progression and will provide access to training and opportunities to develop, including funding for professional qualifications.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar financial services support role with good knowledge of platforms
- Experience with some platforms and financial products such as pensions and investments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related software
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/5 or above

- Salary of £32,000 – £36,000
- 3 days office-based in Bromsgrove and 2 days from home
