Job Description
We are seeking a D365 CE Support Analyst to work for a well established Microsoft consultancy who specialise in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform sector.This is a growing company who have a strong project pipeline and as such they are growing their support function.You will be responsible for the resolution or implementation of any issues and requests promptly and effectively, escalating cases to senior engineers when required whilst maintaining ownershipThis role will offer you the chance to work on new projects and they are known for offering employees progression and the chance to move into a consultant role over time.Working within a small team means you'll need to be proactive, be able to work under your own initiative and within a team. You will be exposed to all areas of Dynamics and the Dataverse, such as Power Automate and Power Apps. Requests can range from the creation of new fields, updating forms, apply security permissions or adding automation using workflows, Power Automate.
You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to establish strong working relationships with customers, clarify their requests and also to troubleshoot their issues effectively. Responsibilities: * Logging and processing customer requests and issues using Dynamics 365* Troubleshooting and diagnosing support issues via the phone, email or onsite visits* Effective ticket management to meet defined service levels* Assist with project related work, such as brand new implementations or improvements to existing systems.* Assist with onboarding new customers * Ensure they stay at the cutting edge of technologySkills and Experience:* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customisation – fields, forms, business rules, workflows* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security and settings.* Experience with data handling, exporting, validating and re-importing.* 2 years' experience within a desktop support role.You will based hybrid in the office near to Hook, Hampshire so will need to be within travelling distance to the office.Sponsorship will not be available for this role and we aren't able to accept Post Study work visas.We are interviewing currently so apply now for immediate consideration for the D365 CE Support Analyst position or contact Stuart Barnes on for further information.
