We\’re hiring a Finance Manager to lead UK & European financial operations for a fast-growing manufacturing and distribution business backed by private equity and entering a new phase of international expansion.

You\’ll work closely with the European MD and U.S.-based CFO to shape strategy, steer integration, and influence business decisions at group level.

- Support due diligence, integration, and purchase price allocation for M&A projects

- 10+ years of finance experience in complex, international, or manufacturing environments
- 4+ years of project or team leadership, ideally including M&A integration
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Great Plains a plus)
- Bachelor\’s in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
