Für unsere Kunden – ein renommiertes Hotel in den Walliser Bergen – suchen wir einen erfahrenen, selbständigen und kreativen Koch (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung eines jungen, motivierten Küchenteams.
Arbeitsort: Unser charmantes Hotel liegt inmitten der wunderschönen Walliser Bergwelt – ein einzigartiger Arbeitsplatz mit natürlichem Erholungswert.
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
Anstellung: Saisonstelle mit Möglichkeit zur Unterkunft im Hotel.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Selbständiges Arbeiten auf den Posten Entremetier und Rôtisseur/Grillardin
Kontrolle des Wareneingangs und fachgerechte Lagerung
Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien (HACCP) und des internen Sauberkeitskonzepts
Unterstützung im täglichen Küchenbetrieb
Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Koch, idealerweise als Tournant
Sicherheit auf den Positionen Entremetier & Rôtisseur
Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit, auch unter Druck
Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Anweisungen klar umzusetzen
