Job Introduction

Are you an experienced Social Worker or Newly Qualified who wants to make a significant difference to the lives of some of our most vulnerable children and young people in Lincolnshire? Join us in our vision of \”Putting Children First\”. We will give you the support and resources you need to provide an excellent quality of service for the children and families.

We have full-time posts in both Sleaford and North Hykeham. Additionally, there is a 22-hour part-time post in North Hykeham; please specify on your application which post you are applying for.

Your Role

As a Social Worker, you will assess children\’s needs, support, plan, and review the care provided. You will work with a range of young people, using your expertise to make informed decisions. For complex cases, you will co-work alongside more experienced Social Workers.

We practice using the Signs of Safety model, underpinned by Restorative Practice, with a strengths-based approach centered on the child\’s voice.

Additional Information
