Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a premium developer in Norwich. You’ll manage costs and contracts across multiple sites, supporting the financial running of projects while working closely with Project, Design, Technical, and Accounts teams.
Base pay range
Up to £55,000 + Package
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project costs and highlight any variations from budget
- Process subcontractor valuations and payments accurately and on time
- Support contract administration and procurement of subcontractors
- Assist with reporting site financial performance to management
- Use COINS or similar systems for site setup, budgeting, and planning
About You
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor (RICS or equivalent) with housebuilding or construction experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Familiarity with COINS
